KALOOB Series 2: Courtyard by Marriott Iloilo unveils new works
KALOOB Series 2 at Courtyard by Marriott Iloilo presents new works this time by Gina Apostol, Joseph Bilan, Ed Defensor, El Dosado, Al Justine Dumaliang, Jeanroll Ejar, Leo Gali, and Alex Ordoyo.
The new set of works on show is part of the Series of Grateful Exhibitions in celebration of Marriott’s 15th anniversary.
The first series for the Iloilo Edition was unveiled in July this year in partnership with One Gallery and Rotary Club Passport One.
Paintings and sculptures by Ilonggo and guest artists adorned the posh hotel lobby, inviting travelers to Iloilo City to immerse themselves in its creative diversity and for visitors to experience cultural exchange while enjoying its first-class amenities, services, and food.
These works honor the beauty of life and give thanks to the creator, the one source of all the creative wonders that encompass us all. In essence, this exhibition expands the idea of giving thanks in many ways and how it transforms into an act of dispersing grace and blessings through different actions, no matter how small. This exhibition is a celebration of winning moments, inclusivity, freedom, and, most of all, a towering expression of gratitude.
