VIVA ExCon Aklan 2025 unveiled the colorful event logo as Kalibo gears up as first time host of Asia’s longest running art biennale.
The event logo of the Visayas Islands Visual Arts Exhibition and Conference (VIVA ExCon) 2025 showcase a colorful embroidery pattern with a dual motif of “V” and “X” at the center, symbolizing the iconic VIVA ExCon.
The logo hints a fusion of tradition and modern themes, setting the tone for this highly anticipated cultural event.
VIVA ExCon is happening in Kalibo, Aklan, from November 21-23, 2025. This marks a significant milestone for the event, which has been celebrated every two years since its establishment in 1990 by the Black Artist in Asia.
Visayas and Akeanon artists, together with regional stakeholders and the local government, are all gearing up for what promises to be an unforgettable experience.
